The ingredients selected by Zed The Baker are noble raw materials, from the vanilla flavours used in our preparations is completely natural (Vanilla pods) rather than the artificial chemical flavourings. Ever since it was founded, Zed The Baker has guaranteed that all its pastries use only pure butter, with no hydrogenated fat (margarine) because health, pleasure and naturalness are essential

Haroon Sait brings with him 40+ years of invaluable experience in strategic planning, operations management and production design. He has been instrumental in designing sales strategies for leadership teams across FMCG companies and retailers, in addition to guiding their production design.
He has previously essayed the role of CEO at large industrial manufacturing groups across Middle East and Central Asia. He has spearheaded the creation of unique Bakery production plants and has a demonstrated history of creating winning brands.
Zaid has 6 years of experience in the manufacturing and trading sectors,spanning the fields of strategic planning, corporate governance, performance assessment and review functions.
In addition to holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, he is also a trained baker with Marriott group. He is presently the name and face behind Zed the Baker – a café making splashes across town with its signature artisan breads, pastries and viennoiserie.
